The observance of Good Friday in Sturgeon Bay by having business houses close during the “Three Hours,” 12:00 to 3:00 p. m., or at least allow employees a leave of absence for that period so they may attend one of the many Good Friday services held at the various churches, has been urged this week in a notice signed by the Knights of Columbus and the pastors of seven local churches.
